Founded in 2009 by Daniel Matus, Principal Designer and CEO. After several years of working at a boutique design firm, it became apparent to Daniel that the market had changed economically and that consumers were looking for ways to incorporate great design that was stunning, yet affordable, in the spaces they owned and loved.  Since the days of unlimited budgets were over, there was still a need for great design while being as cost effective as possible - yet without sacrificing quality and attention to detail.

Daniel is a designer whose keen eye and strong passion for design has propelled him and his firm to where they are today.  His desire to work in design from a young age eventually lead him to earning his Baccalaureate in Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2007.  With over a decade of experience, Desired Space has completed thousands of projects, many of which involve commercial, multi-family and residential spaces.
